Returning sunglasses
You may return sunglasses within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and have no damage (scratches or chips).
To arrange a return, please contact the contact center for further instructions. You must keep the original receipt for the purchase of the sunglasses (without the original receipt, the product cannot be returned), and the product must be returned with all accessories and components.
Returning frames
You may return a frame within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided it is in its original condition, has no damage (scratches or chips), includes all accessories and components, and no lenses have been installed in it.
To arrange a return, please contact the contact center for instructions. You must keep the original receipt for the purchase of the frame (without the original receipt, the product cannot be returned), and the product must be returned with all accessories and components.
Returning soft contact lenses, accessories, solutions, and moisturizing drops
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 dated 19.07.2005 (paragraph 16), contact lenses, lens care products, and solutions belong to medicinal products and sanitary and hygiene items, and therefore are not subject to return or exchange.
Returning goods upon receipt
When receiving the goods, please carefully check the contents of your order. You may refuse the order or part of it directly at the time of delivery if the goods do not correspond to what was ordered. Goods may be returned only in their undamaged original packaging.
Warranty for sunglasses and frames
Frames and sunglasses are covered by a 6-month warranty, provided the glasses are used properly. Glasses can be repaired at any optical store in the network where a technician is available; you do not have to contact the same optical store where the product was purchased.
The warranty for glasses does not apply if the damage occurred as a result of:
- negligent use;
- failure to follow the rules of use;
- independent replacement of part of the frame, lenses, or repair;
- normal physical wear after the warranty period has expired.
Warranty for lenses, accessories, and care products
No warranty is provided for soft contact lenses, accessories for them, or care products (solutions and moisturizing drops).
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be sent for examination. If the defect is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be offered.
The lens must be returned in a container with solution and with the blister pack in which it was provided at the time of purchase. In this case, the return is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Claims regarding a possible defect and return of a lens are accepted from customers who have a prescription for these lenses and who have used these lenses before. This rule also applies to colored lenses.
