Optika "Ochi" provides repair services of any complexity for eyeglass frames and sunglasses.

Our workshop is equipped with high-precision equipment, so you can be confident in the quality of the service. All you need to do is bring your glasses to any convenient "Ochi" store and request a repair service.

For glasses repair, please bring the broken glasses clean. If you are unable to clean them, Optika "Ochi" provides an ultrasonic glasses cleaning service.

Installation and replacement of screws or nuts, lenses.

Lenses may fall out during active use of the frame.

If the lenses fell out and were damaged due to frame damage, our specialists will offer replacement lenses of any optical power, index, and functionality.

We do not recommend repairing glasses yourself or filling the place where the screw fell out with glue, as this may make the technician’s work more difficult later.

Replacement of silicone nose pads

If the nose pad on your glasses is lost, has turned yellow, or has become hard, it should be replaced.

Over time, the silicone of the nose pad cushions becomes rough or wears down, becoming hard and uneven. When it comes into contact with the bridge of the nose, it causes unpleasant sensations and may even damage the skin.

Ultrasonic frame cleaning

This is a procedure that includes manual or device-assisted cleaning using special products and an ultrasonic cleaning device.

This service allows glasses to be cleaned of various contaminants that appear during use.

Replacement of temples and temple tips

If a temple is lost or damaged, if the paint is peeling, the metal is damaged, or there is any other problem, our technicians can select replacement temples and replace the temple tips.

Please note that plastic, silicone, and metal temples and temple tips come in different sizes, colors, and shapes.

Replacement or installation of nylon cord

Nylon cord is used in semi-rimless glasses. If the frame is handled carelessly, the cord may become damaged and need to be replaced with a new one.

This is considered a complex repair that requires jeweler-like precision and will be performed by the most experienced technicians. After such a repair, your glasses will serve you for many more years!

Frame adjustment

When placed on a surface, glasses should rest strictly on 4 points: the 2 temple tips and the 2 lenses. In some cases, the technician may adjust the frame while taking facial asymmetry into account.

If your glasses have become bent or loose, started sliding down your face, or, on the contrary, press too hard and cause discomfort, they need adjustment.
